After the mini experiment, I gathered the results and tabulated it into a graph.
Speed of metronome: 150BPM
No. of pumps of air pumped into balloon: 20 pumps
Height of balloon lifted over head: 10cm

- 40 times may be a little too less so I am going to rub the balloon against hair for about 50 times
