I finally attempted the experiment!
However, I still made a little changes, such as the distance between the balloon and the stream of water is once again changed. It used to be 1cm, 3cm and 5cm. I thought that 5cm may be too far for the water to rract to the balloon so I shorten the distance once again. This time, it should be final.
Current and final distance: 1cm, 2cm, 3cm
